In the early days, CSC Inc., was a one woman show, that was until Mandy met Amanda Pelletier. Instantly, it was a match made in heaven, and Amanda took the leap in joining Mandy in her start-up and leaving behind her world of providing leadership in the non-profit sector. Amanda joined CSC Inc. in 2020, and has not only supported, but helped facilitate the vision Mandy has had since day one, ensuring these goals come to fruition with her attention to detail, dedication, and academic and professional experience. In 2023 they expanded again, adding external consulting partners to the roster in order to best serve their clients, and in 2024, CSC Inc. welcomed Sheena Nieboer, a high-level administrative professional, with a strategy and governance background. With this team taking them into the next five years, they are excited for the future.

    Founder, Corporate Counsellor & Business Strategy Consultant

    Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Mandy (Kiim"aa"pii"akii “Compassionate Woman”) obtained her diploma in Broadcast Journalism from Lethbridge College and her Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts - Multidisciplinary from the University of Lethbridge. While co-owning a business in Lethbridge for over ten years, Mandy recognized the need for business leaders to have a confidential outlet to address the challenges they faced, leading her to pursue a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and establish Collaborative Strategies Consulting Inc.

    Founded five years ago, Collaborative Strategies Consulting Inc. stands as a beacon of Mandy's vision to provide both mental health support and strategic management solutions to business owners and leaders. Introducing “Corporate Counselling,” she offers mental health support with a strategic management lens, ensuring that her clients receive holistic guidance that fosters both personal and professional growth.

    Mandy is the founder of the Alberta Counseling and Leadership Collective (ACLC), where she provides mental health support to individuals with active addictions in the Indigenous community through the Indigenous Recovery Coaching Program. She has also been a dedicated member of the Lethbridge Rotary Downtown Club for nearly two decades, spearheading numerous local and international projects aimed at creating positive change.

    Deeply engaged in her community, Mandy is a Director on the board of the Lethbridge Hurricanes, Canadian Mental Health Association South Region, and Farming Smarter. She is also an instructor with the Lethbridge College Extension, Sessional Instructor at the University of Lethbridge eand part of the Family Ties Clinical Team.

    Amanda brings her multidisciplinary background in the non-profit sector and post-secondary institutions to her role as Manager of Business & Strategic Analysis at Collaborative Strategies. Originally from Saskatchewan, Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Regina and a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Lethbridge, specializing in behavioural research.

    Amanda's commitment to understanding behaviour complements her passion for learning and her love for taking on new projects. She dives into various industries, gaining insights and learning the ins and outs of each business we work with to provide tailored solutions that fit your specific needs. Her strong analytical skills enable her to navigate the complexities of balancing business demands, client needs, and community interests.

    Drawing from her background in psychology, Amanda brings a unique perspective to staff engagement, recognizing the crucial role of psychological dynamics in cultivating a positive and productive workplace culture. With experience managing multifaceted programs and teams, she possesses a holistic understanding of business operations, strategically aligning personnel to optimize efficiency and foster employee satisfaction. Amanda excels in problem-solving, quickly identifying issues.

    As the newest addition to Collaborative Strategies, Sheena brings over 17 years of invaluable experience in governance and executive-level administrative support to her role as the Strategic Operations Administrator. Hailing from the Lethbridge area, Sheena's journey into the professional world began after graduating from Lethbridge College with a diploma in Office Administration.

    Sheena's career trajectory has been marked by a deep commitment to operational excellence, cultivated through her diverse experiences in both the public and private sectors. Her expertise extends across various domains, including executive and board-level support, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to optimize administrative processes and foster collaboration across departments, earning her a reputation for being a strategic thinker and a reliable problem solver.

    In addition to her practical experience, Sheena has invested in her professional development by obtaining an Administrative Professional Certificate from the College of Administrative Professionals. This credential, coupled with her hands-on experience, equips her with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in her role as the Strategic Operations Administrator at Collaborative Strategies.
