The Strong Series

If you’ve been following the CSC evolution (and especially if you read my last blog post), you know how powerful goal-setting has been for me this past year. I’ve always loved setting goals, and even more helping others to create their strategic direction. This year I was able to achieve a huge goal and it reiterated to me the difference between goal and a dream. It’s given me clarity, purpose, and energy that I haven’t felt in a long time. And honestly — that goal for this series was sparked by what my clients wanted, but became ignited when I realized that I was the hold up for getting it done!

I kept hearing the same themes:

  • “I wish I had a way to reset before the year is over.”

  • “I start strong in January, but I lose momentum.”

  • “By mid-year, I’ve drifted and don’t know how to get back on track.”

  • “I don’t actually know how to set goals or strategize where I want to be.”

  • “Who am I accountable to if I am doing it alone?”

So I set a goal: to design a system of support that helps people not just once, but all year long. It’s a series of workshops, built on connection.

I am excited to introduce The Strong Series:

This isn’t just a set of workshops. It’s one of the goals I committed to — and achieving it has reminded me why clarity + accountability matters so much.
